Are you using OpenROAD 4.0 for developing OO applications ?

Are you not satisfied with the Workbench's Class Browser ?

Enhancements to Workbench's class browser:

• Tree shows all user classes rather than those of the current application only

• Includes classes, which are subclasses of classes residing in an imaged included application

• Includes workaround for bug in OR4.0 when using superclass definition as 'appname!classname' (workbench's class browser doesn't always list those classes)

• "Attributes" and "Methods" TabPages:

• • Ability to see inherited attributes/methods as well
  • Show Encapsulation (Private)
  • Show defined length of attributes (i.e. for varchar)
  • Show DEFAULT value definitions
  • Show "WITH NULL" definitions for simple datatypes
  • Works correctly for DECIMAL datatypes
  • Sorting

• New TabPages for "Script" and "Processed Script" of the UserClass

• Resizing on left side only changes size of class tree, resizing on right side only changes size of the tabfolder.

• Ability to refresh the tree. You don't have to close and reopen the browser after changes in your class hierarchy.

Other enhancements are planned for the future (e.g. searching for attribute names, method names and script parts).

Requirements:  OpenROAD 4.0 + patch 6088 (or above).
