TXLIB.ZIP contains the following files:

TXLIB.CPA   the TXLIB application in exportapp format 
            for OpenROAD 3.5
TXDOC.DOC   Microsoft Word 7.0 version of documentation
TXDOC.TXT   text-only version of documentation
TXDOC.HTM   HTML version of documentation
GNU_GPU.TXT Copy of the Free Software Foundation general public
            license

Use any standard UNZIP program to unzip these files (PKUNZIP
or WINZIP, for example).

To use the exported application, use the IMPORTAPP
application provided as a standard part of your CA-OpenROAD
Development Environment.  You will be prompted for
an application name (I suggest "TXLIB") and a file name
(directory tree plus "TXLIB.CPA").

TXLIB in your own code.
